What is the minimum order quantity?For ocean shipments, a full container load (FCL) is required. For air shipments, we can accommodate pallet quantities, but we recommend a minimum of 2 pallets for optimal efficiency. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

How long does it take for shipments to arrive?The delivery time depends on the destination, the time required to prepare the order, and product availability. Transit times will vary based on these factors, and we’ll work with you to provide an accurate timeline for your shipment.

Do you handle customs clearance and documentation?While we don’t handle customs clearance directly, we provide all necessary documentation to ensure you are prepared for a smooth clearance process. Clients should work with a local clearing agent in the country of delivery. We supply key documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or seaway bill), phytosanitary certificate, and certificate of origin (if required). If additional documents are needed, please let us know.

Can you provide a mix of different products in one shipment?We are not a consolidator and do not maintain cold storage. However, if we are sourcing from a facility that handles multiple commodities, we can arrange a mixed shipment, provided the items are compatible for transport together. Mixed shipments are more feasible for air transport, as sea shipments typically require specific conditions. Please contact us to discuss your needs and options.
